We offer off-the-shelf gel processing equipment from a variety of manufacturers and, where necessary, design, manufacture and install fully integrated turn-key gel processing systems including:

• Batch melting, pumping and programmable dispensing systems from 10 – 100 lb tank size and up
  
  
• Our ULTRAMELTER™ equipment continuously melts and converts  thermo-reversible gel formulations into clear bubble free melts in 30 seconds or less
  
  
• ULTRAMELTER™ equipment typically has thru-put capacities from 10 to 200 lbs per hour
  
  
• Gel tooling options include ceramic, epoxy, and  several types of cast, machined or formed thin-shell metal tooling.
